Согласно последним поправкам, во всех автошколах России можно начать обучение вождению как легкового автомобиля (категория Б), так и грузовика (категория С), уже с 16-ти лет. Однако, это совсем не означает, что после обучения, которое обычно занимает около 3-5 месяцев, можно сразу будет получить водительские права в ГИБДД и начать ездить с правами. Несмотря на это нововведение, права по-прежнему можно получить только начиная с 18-ти лет.
Вероятно нет большого смысла начинать учиться именно с 16-ти лет. Обучение можно начать в 17.5 лет и закончить его ровно в 18 лет и сразу получить права.
Также согласно нововведениям обучаться вождению автобусов можно теперь начиная с 20-ти лет.
